Many couples choose to have their marriage ceremony preformed on the boat. If your are contemplating a ceremony on board, please consider the following information.

Boat Sizes & Minimums
The boat rental agreement has certain minimum requirements regarding food and passengers. The minimum means you will pay for your chosen menu plus boat rental for the minimum amount of people required. Be mindful of your final group tally, often it is a smaller number than your full guest list. We do not guarantee food and boat minimums until the year of your event.

Decorating
Keep decorations to a minimum. You must put up and take down all decorations during your rented time slot. There are decorating restrictions, candles and confetti are not allowed. Call for more details.

Minister or Judge
If your wedding ceremony will be on the boat, you will need to hire your own minister or judge. If you hire a local Judge, they do not usually stay on the cruise. They perform the ceremony at port and depart the boat prior to take off. (Please call for a contact list for local Judges)

Linen
White linen Table Cloths on all inside deck tables, are an additional charge. White linen napkins are also available for an additional $0.75 per person.

Wedding Chapel Set-up
Chapel set-up, we remove all the tables and line the chairs up in rows with a center aisle. The staff will replace the tables after the ceremony for dining. We do not supply, aisle runners, or any decorations for chapel set-up.

• 1 case champagne toast for 150 … $175.00

• 1/2 Case toast for 75 … $87.50

• Wedding cakes are your responsibility. We do not cut cakes. Our staff is available to serve the wedding cake once it is on the plates. We do supply white cake plates and white paper napkins.

• Food tasting available for an additional charge, $75.00 for 2 people for 2 entrees. Tasting appointments need to be set up in advance with the Chef, and are available on Thursday afternoons from 1:00-3:00. Call 651-430-2376 to set this appointment up.
